Delete your EpiList account
You can delete your account from the app, under Profile then Security. If you no longer have the app, use this form: we will email you a confirmation link.
What will be erased
- Your name, email address and password
- Your personal lists, their items and their history
- Your receipts and receipt photos
- Your budgets, your inventory and your preferences
What is handed over
- Lists you share with other people are handed over to them, so they do not lose their groceries.
- Your messages in shared conversations stay, signed “Deleted user”.
How long it takes
Your personal data is erased as soon as you confirm. The empty row that remains is destroyed within thirty days.
